County Administrator
As County Administrator for Ohio's largest county, Don managed the development of a 350,000 square foot courthouse, a 10,000-seat baseball park, and a 28,000 square foot animal shelter & adoption center. He controlled the County's $1.3 Billion annual operating budget.
Executive Director
As Executive Director for the Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority, Don led the most recent expansion and renovation of the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the development of the LEED-Gold certified 1,000-key Hilton Columbus Downtown convention headquarters hotel.
Division President
As Consulting Services Division President for Maximus, Don directed 37 offices nationwide, guiding a team of 43 vice-presidents in delivering a diverse range of financial and management consulting services.
